089bd — Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming is for fun — 089bd is always here to make sure it never becomes a problem.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
089bd believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — a chance to unwind from the pressures of daily life. But when gaming gets out of control, it can have a negative impact on your personal, family, and financial life. That is why we run our services with responsible gaming at the centre.
Responsible gaming means enjoying games in a way that fits your budget, your time, and your state of mind. It does not mean you have to stop playing — the goal is to enjoy games wisely, mindfully, and safely. The 089bd platform includes a number of tools that help you stay in control at all times.
To make sure gaming never causes harm, 089bd asks every player to keep the following in mind: only play with money you can afford to lose; do not treat gaming as a source of income; do not place more bets out of emotion after a loss; and always make time with family and friends your first priority.
Our support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email. You can reach out with any concern — we will help without judgment.
The Core Principles of Safe Gaming
The six core principles 089bd follows to keep your gaming experience safe.
Setting Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a waiting period — this protects you from overspending in an emotional moment.
Time Control (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a break, activate a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or make deposits. Activating this feature is straightforward through the support team.
Self-Exclusion
For a long-term break, choose self-exclusion — options range from 3 months to permanently closing your account. Once self-exclusion is activated it cannot easily be reversed, making it the most effective protection in serious situations.
Loss Limit
Your session will end automatically once you have lost a set amount — you decide what that amount is. This stops the natural urge to chase losses by placing more bets after losing.
Activity History
You can view your deposit, withdrawal, and gaming history at any time. Staying aware of your spending patterns makes it easier to make informed decisions and helps you spot signs of excessive gaming early.
24/7 Support
For any question or concern about responsible gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready via live chat and email. Your information is kept completely confidential.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the signs below, seek help — it is not a weakness, it is a sign of courage.
Spending beyond your budget: You are betting more than you can afford to lose, or spending money meant for bills or household expenses on gaming.
Losing track of time: You sit down for a few minutes and end up playing for hours, losing track of plans you had made.
Chasing losses with more bets: After losing, you place larger bets to try to win the money back — this cycle is dangerous.
Family and social withdrawal: Gaming is pulling your attention away from family, friends, or work.
Stress and hiding it: You are hiding your gaming from family or friends, or you feel discomfort or anxiety about it.
Gaming with borrowed money: You are playing, or thinking about playing, with money borrowed from others or taken as a loan.
Tools to Keep You In Control
Activate these features by logging into your 089bd account or contacting the support team.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase it will only take effect after a set waiting period — this delay is for your protection.
Time-Out
Take a time-out for any period from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time your account will not be fully accessible. The time-out cannot be cancelled before it expires.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long break from gaming, you can close your account for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Contact the support team to activate this. Once activated it cannot easily be reversed — that is what makes it effective.
Loss Limit
Once you have lost more than a set amount, your session will end automatically. You set this limit yourself — it stops the natural tendency to place more bets out of emotion after a loss.
Reality Check
At set intervals (for example every 30 or 60 minutes) a reminder message will appear telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have deposited. This is an effective way to stay aware.

Practical Tips for Enjoying Gaming Responsibly
Before you start playing, ask yourself: what is my budget for today? If I lose this money, will it cause any problem in my life? If the answer is yes, it is better not to play today. 089bd always advises — only play with money you have set aside specifically for entertainment.
Never think of gaming as a source of income or a way to pay off debt. In the long run, the mathematical edge in casino games always favours the house — that is how the game works, not a conspiracy. Understanding this reality makes it easier to enjoy gaming for what it is.
Set a time limit before each gaming session. Use a timer on your phone or use 089bd's reality check feature. Stop playing when your planned time is up — whether you are winning or losing. Spending an evening with family or doing something else you enjoy is always more rewarding than gaming.
If you notice a loved one struggling with gaming, talk to them with empathy. Our support team can also advise family members — we are ready to help you understand how to support them.
For Adults Only
All gaming services at 089bd are for players aged 21 or above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If there are children or teenagers in your home, do not leave your account logged in on your device and keep your password secure.
